Residential Building
Tunis

The architectural design provides a total area of 14,400 square meters arranged over 8 storey. The subdivision includes 12,000 square meters of residences, 1,000 square meters of commercial space and 1,400 square meters of underground parking. The concept is inspired by the typical Tunisian architecture defined as “bo-window”. The chromatic aspect is suggested by the characteristic turquoise color, typical of the ancient dwellings of “Sidi Bu Said”. The double-volume garden terraces and the vegetation present on the various floors, give the architectural building a refined peculiarity. The “brisee soleil” recalls the typical decorations of the Tunisian lanterns.
