Tinucci Architects

Villa
Mongomo

The Architectural Project is spread over 3 storey with a total of 1,200 sqm. On the ground floor the living area, dining room, kitchen, study. On the first floor are the children’s bedrooms, guest bedroom and a Master Bedroom. All rooms with private bathroom and wardrobe. In the basement, we find SPA, Fitness, Entertainment and Cinema Room. The minimalist architecture with accentuated horizontal lines, was suggested to us by the surrounding place, characterized by a very extensive plain. The horizontal lines of the roof and the floors, combined with an extreme minimalism, define a “pure” construction covered entirely in marble. The upper floor is characterised by a steel “brisee soleil”. The ground floor is defined by green marble walls evoking Mies Van De Rohe’s Pavilion in Barcelona. The swimming pool at the back and a side porch define the outdoor area.
