Tinucci Architects

Villa
Rome

The Architectural Project is developed on 2 storey for a total of 450 sqm. On the ground floor the living area, dining room, kitchen, SPA and entertainment. On the first floor are the children’s bedrooms and a Master Bedroom. All rooms have their own bathroom and wardrobe. The outdoor area consists of large lawns and two swimming pools, one decorative parallel to the SPA and entertainment area and the other swimming pool in front of the gym. The minimalist concept defines pure “primary” volumes in an architectural composition of overlapping and interlocking. The large windows define an interior-exterior relationship in total cohesion. The white paint on the plaster is intended to recall the great minimalist Roman marble buildings of the 1930s and 1940s. The external water mirrors are also an extension of the adjacent interior spaces.
