The Villa is developed on 3 levels, for a total of about 500sqm. The ground floor consists of the entrance-living room-kitchen-dining area with bathroom, study and laundry.  The first floor consists of the sleeping area with bedrooms.  The attic floor has a “Home Teather” area, bathroom and service rooms. A dominant nuance of white is highlighted by marble floors on the day floor and parquet on the night floor. The classic concept with minimal lines, defines elegant and sober spaces of great elegance and refinement.
