The House is spread over 2 floors for a total of 150 square meters with 80sqm porch with living-dining area and kitchenette. On the ground floor the entrance area, living room, dining room, bedrooms and porch. On the first floor is the servants’ area. The Master Bedroom includes a private cloakroom and en-suite bathroom. The contemporary style is inspired by the location near the sea. The concept is defined by an elegant and sober Italian maritime style decoration. The colours, majolica and marble emphasise refinement and detail. The concept is completed by the external portico.
