The Architectural Project, foresees a total surface of 1.500sqm on 2 storey. The architectural project is inspired by the typical Spanish architecture of the end of the 19th century and the peculiarities of the place. The chromatic aspect is suggested by the characteristic colour of the Spanish land, typical of old houses.
